HTB has sufficient technical capability to outsource aeronautical engineering projects at the lowest possible cost. To support outsourced engineering projects, HTB has developed a design center in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
Under Aeronautics, Hi-Tech Bangla (Bangladesh) Ltd. has four departments: Integrated Defence Systems, Commercial Aircrafts, Advanced Weather Systems and Space Systems.
